What to Expect After a Facelift
After a Facelift it is expected to have bruising and swelling. Immediately after surgery you will have an occlusive dressing which are changed the day after surgery. The extent of the bruising and swelling will depend on type of Facelift performed. The Mini-Lift has less down time compared to the traditional Deep Plane Facelift and the Allure Lux Lift. Sutures are removed in about 1 week after surgery. Most of the swelling and bruising resolve within 2 weeks.
